Shipping Policy – Clarissa Rosania

All orders placed with Clarissa Rosania are processed within an estimated 2 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination city and the shipping carrier’s logistics. On average, orders within Colombia are delivered within 5 to 10 calendar days after shipment. Delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand, due to weather conditions, carrier availability, or other circumstances beyond the brand’s control.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for handling and transporting the shipment. In the event of delays or issues while the package is in transit, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Any additional reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery, or the package being returned by the shipping carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.
