Clarissa Rosania ships locally in Colombia using renowned local carriers– such as TCC, Deprisa, Servientrega and Coordinadora Mercantil. Please allow 3-4 business days for domestic orders if the item is on stock. And, for International orders please allow approximately 5-6 business days. In case of special ordering, we will estimate a delivery date depending on stock of fabrics and supplies. Usually two to four week for cut, manufacturing and finishing. For bridal, couture and custom made orders additional time would be required.

All local deliveries in Colombia are free of charge until new notice.  

We ship worldwide using Fed EX, DHL, and UPS Worldwide services. We are working to integrate a shipping quotation system into our website so you can estimate shipping costs through the mentioned courier platforms depending how fast and “express” you need your order to be delivered. At the present time, please contact us via email for exact International shipping costs.

Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm COT (Colombian time). Nevertheless, our online store is open seven days a week /24 hours. For orders received on Friday after 6 pm, the first business day would be next Monday at 9 am. Same thing refers to orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Orders after 6 pm any week day, would be processed next business day at 9 am.

Processing Orders Online: 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us. A second email follows once your order has been processed and ready to be shipped containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online.

If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.


You can rest assured that we’ll keep your purchases safe until they’ve reached you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.


All transactions on this website are processed using McAfee SECURE, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Your details are always kept safe and secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners credit cards.

You can also choose to pay using PayU . When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayU site to log in and review the amount shown before clicking PLACE ORDER. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our website.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your clarissarosania.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that a return is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. In this case, you will receive a store credit to be use in our online store for the following 6 months. Items returned after 7 days cannot be considered for store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and an exchange/return restocking fee would be applied. All items marked SALE are final sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. No exceptions. This applies to all purchases made on our website: clarissarosania.com

There are NO exchange or returns in customized or altered garments.

Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased through our website. Clarissarosania.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers. At this time, Clarissa Rosania is not able to accommodate for International returns.

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of unworn, intact returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.   Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at clarissarosania.com. Shipping charges would be applied.

Price Adjustment and Price Matching

Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase. Clarissa Rosania is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers.


Since all body types are different, and not all size 6 garment fits the same way, it`s not easy to find the exact size for each body prototype. Most of our fabrics have spandex that permits a better fit and definitely helps to accommodate different body types.

We have introduced an extra service that will “customized” the garment to measurement specifications provided by client. Please contact us via email to further explain this service.
